We tried various methods repeatedly, but the outcome was always the same: people reverted to their old behaviors, and nothing truly changed. The traditional methods didn’t work, and we were incredibly frustrated.

Our Epiphany

Then, an epiphany struck: cultural change cannot manifest without profound inner transformation. We also recognized that organizational systems, with their ingrained cultural habits, often hinder rather than facilitate this evolution. This realization led us to a pivotal understanding: true transformation requires a fusion of inner and collective growth alongside a redefinition of organizational models.

For companies committed to creating long-lasting change, our 6-month transformation programs provide deep personal and organizational growth. These programs are designed for leaders who want to embed Mindful Leadership into their company’s DNA and lead by example.

a) Mentorship Group

This is for leaders ready to embark on a journey of deep personal transformation. In a supportive group of like-minded peers, participants will learn to fully embody Mindful Leadership and drive change within their organizations.

Duration: 6 months

Format: Personal coaching combined with group work

Outcome: Leaders will develop a profound sense of self-awareness, resilience, empathetic communication, and psychological safety, becoming role models who inspire transformation within their teams and organizations.

b) Ambassador Training

For leaders who want to spread the practice of Mindful Leadership throughout their organization, the Ambassador Training equips participants with the tools to teach and embed Mindful Leadership principles across the company.

Format: In-depth teacher training and coaching
